Instrument Warehouse is a direct wholesale outlet for Industrial Instrumentation - developed in Australia to meet the needs of smaller users of instruments, and to deliver well known brands at discount prices. Our aim for our customers, is to simplify the process of purchasing equipment and to reduce costs in order entry and handling. We will provide the best prices on all lines all the time, and support you with technical advice and on line access to documentation

We will deliver 95% of items listed within 48 hours of order entry.

Instrument Warehouse has the support of a fully manned and equipped Service Centre where repairs, configuration, calibration and maintenance can be carried out. Our warehouse carries hundreds of lines ex stock, and can often ship same day.

RANGE of EQUIPMENT

Should you want to buy an item which is not already on the site, send us an inquiry. We have many lines not listed, and a range of specialty equipment which is too complex to sell on line without customer consultation with our engineering staff.

EXPORT CUSTOMERS

We can ship anywhere in the world, although freight costs may be subject to review depending on the product and shipping destination. If freight costs are higher than advertised, we will obtain your approval, and ask you to make the incremental payment.

CREDIT CARDS

Our transactions are processed by third party service providers. No card details are received by our organization, we are simply notified when the payment is cleared.

PRIVACY

Information supplied to our website will not be sold or provided to any other organization. We may seek your approval to communicate new products or special offers to you, from time to time, but you are free to opt out when you wish. The Privacy Laws current in Australia will be adhered to in all respects.

ASSURANCE

Products purchased on this site are covered by Warranty according to our Conditions of Sale, and this gives you our assurance that products will meet their specifications, and be supported after sale.

DELIVERY

There may be occasions when delivery is not ex stock. Even if stock shows at order entry, there are still circumstances due to timing of order input, where stock is not available. In this case we will contact you with a delivery estimate. If you do not accept the quoted delivery time we will reverse the credit card transaction immediately.

RETURN of GOODS

Goods may be returned by arrangement within 8 days of order. You will be responsible for the original freight [at supply] and return freight. Provided the goods are in unmarked condition and complete, with all packaging and documentation and accessories, your money will be refunded in full except for freight.

Test and Measurement

Test and Measurement is a part of the Instrument Warehouse Group. It is separated in recognition of specialized nature of Test and Measurement Instrumentation in general. This makes it easy to find the instruments you need quickly.

We offer premium brands such as Fluke, and economy brands such as Lutron and Center. The choice between these groups in an individual one, and depends of the intended application of the instruments.

For Fluke we aim to be the most competitive retail supplier in Australia. Should you have a better WRITTEN offer, on Fluke equipment, and you submit this offer to us, we will always give a better price. If you want to buy a Fluke instrument that is not subject to restricted distribution, but it is not listed in Test and Measurement, you can email us for our quote. We will add the product to our site immediately to allow order entry at the agreed price.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal Imaging is part of the Instrument Warehouse Group. It is separated because we have a specific interest in Infra Red Temperature measurement, and have many products for hand held and fixed single point measurement, as well as Thermal Imaging.  The cameras being made today are so easy to use that it is practical to decide on a target brand and buy on line. In the case where you need assistance in choosing an appropriate product, or you need training or other services, you should email us for advice.

Export License

Some products require US Export Licenses. This provision is relatively easy to comply with, and consists of filling out two straight forward forms, but it is not conducive to normal on line purchasing.   Products requiring licenses are identified on the site, and you should contact us directly for advice on supply.
